At Prairie Glow Tallow Co., we stand behind the quality of our small-batch, grass-fed tallow skincare.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will gladly replace damaged products or issue store credit when applicable.

Because our balms are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic stabilizers, texture may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect quality.
